ABOUT ME
I am a detail-oriented and highly organized virtual assistant with a background in Business Management (Marketing) from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. I specialize in administrative support, transaction coordination, and digital operations, helping teams stay efficient, on track, and results-driven.
My professional experience includes working as an Online Marketing Specialist Intern, where I successfully managed social media platforms, increased audience engagement, and analyzed data to support strategic decisions. I also contributed to large-scale event coordination and content production during my internship in the digital media industry. More recently, I have supported a family business by handling administrative tasks and purchasing, strengthening my ability to manage workflows, maintain records, and communicate effectively.
I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. I am proficient in communication, project coordination, knowledgeable in CRM tools such as KW Command and FUB, and other data entry tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, and I understand the importance of accuracy and confidentiality in every task—especially in transaction coordination.

CASE STUDIES
WORK and CLASS PROJECTS

MARKETING GROUP PROJECT
Polynesian Culture Center - Local Market Segment Case Study
In this marketing class project, the group that I was assigned with are working on the Local Market Segment of PCC.
Problem:
How do locals know more about PCC and the Ohana Club Member Discount?
How do we get more locals visit PCC more often?
We are still working on our research for this project and we're asking out a sample of at least 100 Hawaiian locals and residents about their knowledge of and interest in the center.
We have also proposed a service project to be initiated and sponsored by PCC to increase the local market's awareness of the center and to add to its cause marketing strategies.
Another strategy that we've thought of is posting more video and posts on social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube that targets its users in the local market.
With this projects, we are aming to raise the local market's awareness of the center to 100% and increase our local sales by 10%.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP PROJECT
BYU-Hawaii Club Dining Facility
Case Study
Problem/ Purpose:
How to make student's stay at the cafeteria more valuable?
*Some students have been sending reports via text message about the cafe's tasteless and loud music.
*There were also some who were complaining about the lack of food choices during the "dead-hours" which are before lunch and dinner time.
As part of the Student Leadership Training Program given by the cafeteria, I planned on doing a project about giving greater value for students who avail the cafeterias block and unlimited meal plans. This way we will better serve our customers; which will in turn help us gain and retain more loyal customers.
I have just proposed the following ideas to our department manager:
1) Start a "Cafe Radio" where students can send requests, greetings and their own recorded songs to be played in in the cafeteria. This will be available whole day long and students will hear their messages aired real time when they sent it.
2) Add a specific food choice that the front office student will serve in the downtime hours of the cafe. This will give students who were only free at those times more food choices to give them more value for their money.
My goal is to carry these plans out during the spring semester and report and present on the results and effects of doing these projects in the purchase of meal plans of the students in BYU-Hawaii by the end of Spring Semester 2020.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PROJECT
Whole Foods Market
IMC Plan
The Whole Foods brand is a robust and successful business, especially since its Amazon acquisition. That being said, it still faces challenges:
Higher prices than industry average
Little to no relevance with younger consumers
Long/complicated shopping experience
Our IMC plan centers on increasing health, efficiency, and affordability for our target market of millennial students, health-conscious individuals and young families.
Our objectives:
Highlighting convenient and quick-shopping experiences
Growing the brand’s online following
Increasing brand loyalty
By implementing the strategies identified in this presentation, Whole Foods will make great strides in gaining market share of millennial shoppers.
This plan perfectly aligns with the Whole Foods mission to “nourish people and the planet”.
